EDDIE ATE DYNAMITE, (GOOD BYE EDDIE) IPA
Two iconic NYC brands have come together, and the beer aisle may never be the same. Made by SingleCut Beersmiths and inspired by D'Addario, this IPA hits every note perfectly. EAD(GBE) IPA is named after the musician's mnemonic for remembering the order of guitar strings. After devouring D'Addario's ball ends and chasing them with this six-hop IPA, Eddie tuned into the great beyond—captured on the label as an X-ray of Eddie post-explosion, surrounded by D’Addario gear (though we can’t say we’ve seen anything like that on the menu at any drive-thru we've visited). We'll miss Eddie, but we'll take the beer.

Suffice it to say, a magic opportunity like this was one we at SingleCut completely put our backs into. Further playing off the theme of guitar-based equipment, EDDIE is comprised of six distinctive hop varieties (see what we did there?) sourced from the US PNW’s, New Zealand’s and Australia’s most coveted farms - a combination we’ve never explored before. The result: A true explosion of tropical fruit! Pineapple is the overwhelming expression of the aroma and flavor, with underlying apricot, peach and a gentle hint of dank weed (EDDIE that guitar-slingin’ fool himself is known for much more than just a gentle hint of dank weed). This is an IPA you will not grow tired of.
