Our ruby-hued Goddess always makes a Splash. We turn the traditional sour on it's head by cold conditioning it, assuring its more refreshing than funky, then hit it with a bouquet of delicate hibiscus flowers and a touch of black currant. The result? A sour you can enjoy by the pint or the pairing, bright neon pink with tight white foam, a pucker of dry lemonade, fresh Jamaica, fresh florals, and a long finish of dark berry and wheat. It's a classic, and always a crowd pleaser.

The grandad of SC beers, and frankly- one of the finest examples of a modern pilsner out there. Crisp and clean, but with an American heft, it's still a real beer. Spicy and lemony with a hidden subtle kick of papaya thanks to some New Zealand buds hidden in the middle. Long finish with a touch of bitterness to keep it clean.

Far away across the field there is a hazy golden IIPA bursting with sweet orange juice and apricot aroma, tinged with a tropical twist, that will take you home home again. Our flagship IIPA, 'Spells is a distillation of what we love to brew at SingleCut- immensely balanced, with bold flavor, mixing juicy aromas with a clean resinous finish- leaving intrigue on the palate and demanding another sip. Notes of ripe apricot, orange marmalade, bright fresh squeezed OJ, and a hint of bitter rind. A true SingleCut classic.

Our OG IIPA returns! The truest of SingleCut classics -and the IIPA we've been tinkering and refining ever since- long years of R&D and obsession. This batch is a lush and tangy tsunami of fresh cut pineapple, creamy pineapple sorbet, a lick of tangerine oil, subtle fir, sweet candied orange peel, and a touch of kiwi juice, all a top an immensely balanced malt bill and a long linger of limeade.

Your eyes do not deceive you, BON IS BACK! Yes it's been quite a minute since its last release but we're finally satisfied with the batch of Galaxy hops we've now secured (they tended to vary) and this somewhat indescribable brew is back. Here's an attempt to capture the wonders of BON: Big aromas of sweetened pineapple, guava candies, white grapes and sweet tangerine with flavors following suit. It's a long way to the top if you want to BON!

Our "Original Beer", Dean is a love letter to the Pacific Northwest American Red Ales we adored years back when SingleCut was nothing more than a dream and a messy kitchen. Needless to say, much has changed since then, including Dean- that rich and complex malt base remains, packed with aromas of nutty bread, toffee, and biscuits, but the hop schedule has always evolved- loaded with aroma of fresh pine, orange juice and candied peels, white grapefruit pulp, and a long sweet linger of marmalade.

Wax down that board and practice your tremolo picking, because SURF! IPA is up. A new take on a modern SC classic, this tribute to classic west coast hoppy beer is the bright smack of OG hop cones that old school and new school IPA lovers clamor for. Bright and tangy aroma of sweetened ruby red grapefruit, a little hint of nectarine, minneola tangelos, Kush dankness and resinous pith ride across a smooth biscuit malt bill with a refreshing clean finish. Intense enough for just one and clean enough for a session.bitterness.

A true SingleCut Classic, built on a hand selected blend of PNW buds, HALF STACK is full of juicy nectarine, sweet tangerine/grapefruit, mellow peaches, a touch of pine, all on a smooth, soft and balanced malt bill built for can slamming or food pairing. Crunchy leaves call for the Crispest Lager! A total passion project- we brewed this in the dead heat of summer and have been cold lagering it ever since. Crisp, clean, and dry, this is an Oktoberfest with an immensely complex malt bill (thanks to traditional decoction brewing) with notes of dark bread, toffee, caramel, and bran cereal, with a very classic hop bill of all noble hops. When the season calls...

Time to get this party started with the OPENING ACT! The top pops off to reveal a delicate and off-dry Bavarian inspired Hefeweizen, with subtle and sweet aromas of ripe banana, cloved citrus, Fruity vanilla, floral bubblegum, all atop of A bready light malt bill, but then the star really shines- a crisp and clean finish thanks to champagne yeast, keeping this decadent springtime treat light on it's feet. Encore!
