I’M THANKFUL FOR MY COUNTRY LAGER. We went back to our simpler roots for this rustic style lager, brewed with all New York State grown ingredients, including some beautiful small batch malt from the Hudson Valley. Crisp and dry, with notes of whole grain bread, barley meal, and toasty grain with a gently grassy hop aroma of dried lemon peel, earth, and sweet flowers. Simple, clean, and the perfect pairing with a light hike through the back forty. Clear that worried mind.
