Drummer at soundcheck on time!! RED SOUR ALE WITH APRICOT

It’s all about nailing that timing. We’re on the 1 and 3 here, souring a simple red ale with a mixed culture, aging it on oak spirals, then blending in apricot puree at the last beat. Complex and rustic aroma, stacked and complex acidity, fresh oak, and a long juicy linger of soft and bright stone fruit pulp. It’s in the pocket.
