DEAN // Mahogany Pale Ale // 5.6% // Our “Original Beer”, Dean is a love letter to the Pacific Northwest American Red Ales we adored years back when SingleCut was nothing more than a dream and a messy kitchen. Needless to say, much has changed since then, including Dean- that rich and complex malt base remains, packed with aromas of nutty bread, toffee, and biscuits, but the hop schedule has always evolved- loaded with aroma of fresh pine, orange juice and candied peels, white grapefruit pulp, and a long sweet linger of marmalade.
