Introducing, The SingleCut Barn!
Our long awaited and much rumored new Syracuse area Tap Room is almost here…
This ain’t no tumbledown shack, this is the Beersmiths going Country. Our newest Tap Room will be pouring SingleCut’s freshest and finest in a historic 200 year old barn, located in beautiful Manlius, NY- a part of the amazing The Yard art community.
Rustic vaulted ceilings, a giant beer garden, and a design that’s “oh so SingleCut” thanks in big part to The Yard’s founder, and local luminary, John Freightenburgh. 24 draft lines, cans, crowlers, live music, and a snack menu curated by our dear friends and neighbors at A.W. Wander.
Now us city folk know a thing or two about beer and music, but historic barns are a whole ‘nother thing. We wanted to open the doors to our new friends and neighbors ASAP, so we’ll be running a “Fall Preview” of our Tap Room starting in September, licensing Gods permitting, and running through the beginning of December, before we throw a blow out concert on December 1st (stay tuned!) and close down the bar for winterizing.
But don’t fret! It’ll be colder than can be here in the winter, but our brave SingleCut Barn crew will be here weekly for you to pick up our newest can releases, snag your online orders, and crack a can around the “Fire Scoop Bar” for those who live to brave the cold.
Did we just say “Fire Scoop Bar”? Let’s just say The SingleCut Barn has some architectural features you’ve never seen before and these hot seats are going to be “hot seats” all fall and winter long.
Stay tuned for more updates, and a huge shout out to the Manlius/Fayetteville community who have been unbelievably supportive and welcoming- we can’t wait to have a pint (or three) with y’all.
See ya round The Yard, folks.
