ONETWOTHREEFOUR!  //  SuperGroup Collab with @bigalicebrewing   //  Gin-Barrel Aged Sour fermented with Fig Yeast  //  5%  //   OneTwoThreeFour! is our ode to pure Queens energy! Brewed in collaboration with our QNS neighbors at Big Alice Brewing, this long form wild ale project was aged on mixed oak and fermented with a captured fig yeast- in honor of the copious feral figs that grow all over our beloved Astoria, then aged in Gin barrels. Complex, deep, and layered- the aroma has an initial punch of damp foresty oak, then a floral, slightly sweet hint of fresh fig, woody juniper and ginger, grassy hay, and dry spice. Spritzy, prickly, and bursting with energy.⠀

DANCE DOWN THE BOWERY  //  Oak-Aged Wild Ale with Dark Cherry and Plum  //  6.7%  //    Lace up your skates, because we’re taking a DANCE DOWN THE BOWERY. Aged on oak and slowly soured over 9mos, this new tart beauty was blended with dark tangy cherries and sweet plum, then aged on the fruit. Crimson red in color, with a sunny aroma of juicy tart berry, vanillin, American oak, cherry pie preserves, plum candy, and a long gentle linger of wood and plum skin. The sun might be creepin’ up, but we’re just getting started.⠀
