As a young brewery (we only opened some 9 months ago, Dec. 8th to be precise – now you have no excuse for forgetting our birthday!) we think it’s way too early to stop seeing if we can’t improve upon our tried-and-proven year-round brews, as popular as they are. With each batch we’ve been making small tweaks, always striving for perfection.
You’re looking at brewday for our “Jån” White Lagrrr!, undergoing another push towards flavor nirvana. This day involved zesting and juicing nearly 400 oranges, not to mention prepping the host of other spices involved in this recipe. And yes, the matzoh meal is still in the mix! – Rulpsen
